Our experience, which we want to share with you, is nothing more than a reflection of the
situations we have resolved, how we have done it, and the results we have
obtained. With all those decisions, we acquired skills and knowledge that will now
allow you to grow.

How did we get here?

Every journey has a destination and an objective: This is how BlueBioPlan was born.

Although it is true that it was not until 2010 when Dr. Vicente Ferrer began using digital tools for the placement of implants, with the first available programs, it did not awaken all his curiosity until 2016. Around that time, he became involved with the first available "pay per use" software called BlueSkyPlan, which quickly made him realize that the democratization of guided surgery was near. That same year, he began to offer a series of courses in his own clinic with great reception to share the knowledge he had acquired with his colleagues. In 2018, he met Dr. Raúl Ruiz, a dentist who always wanted to be an IT professional, as he himself says. They immediately connected and understood that they were not only professionally compatible but that the sum of their knowledge multiplied their potential, and they decided to formalize a union that crystallized in a series of courses on guided surgery and 3D printing that were held throughout Spain for several years and online to the whole world.

Currently, Dr. Ruiz continues to hold these courses in person, regularly sharing his knowledge, while Dr. Ferrer does so occasionally abroad. During this time, both perceived that the professionals who enrolled in their courses came loaded with willingness and predisposition but frequently ended up assuming that their digital skills prevented them from progressing and exploiting all the tools that were provided to them. Hence, they came up with the idea of creating a platform for those colleagues who wanted to enjoy the advantages of the digitalization of surgery but who did not feel capable of applying what they had learned fluently or did not want to invest tedious time in training and planning. This is how BlueBioPlan was born.

Graduate in dentistry from the University of Murcia (Spain) in 1997, where he is currently a professor in the Department of Integrated Adult Dental Clinic since 2001. Specialist in Implantology, Implantoprosthesis, and Periodontics, and Master in Advanced Surgery, he combines his private practice with international conferences while enjoying exploring and sharing the potential of digitalization in his profession.

Graduated in dentistry from the University of Barcelona in 2011, he quickly developed his digital professional skills by developing software for the dental sector (Easy Dental CAD, Opne Dental CAD from Dentsoft Foundation). He is a vocational trainer in CAD-CAM systems, 3D printing, and guided surgery, as well as a co-founder of the i3Dental training academy. Digital challenges are his passion, Blender is his favorite tool, and 3D printers are his weakness.
Dr. Raúl Ruiz Vera

Graduated in Dentistry from the University of Murcia where he also obtained his Master's degree in Surgery and Implantology. He is currently a collaborating professor in the same Master's program while sharing and expanding his knowledge by practicing his specialty at Clínica Ferrer. Dental technician graduated from the Juan Basal March Professional Training Center in 1991 (Valencia, Spain). He is a specialist in prostheses on implants, aesthetics, and CAD-CAM technologies, and a true expert in 3D printing, a world in which he moves like a fish in water. As the technical director of Fernando Hoyo SL Digital Laboratory, he is responsible for materializing everything we design on screen.

Graduated from the National University of Córdoba (Argentina), she completed her Postgraduate studies in the latest generation of Orthodontics with María Laura Irurzum. Later, she underwent digital training (BlueSkyBio and Nemocast Software) to then become a founding teacher of TOD3D where she is now the director of the orthodontics section. All of BlueBioPlan's Orthodontic cases go through her hands and are processed with the dedication and excellence that only she knows how to convey.

Highly motivated, skilled, with a passion for advanced technologies and with a background in dental radiology and digital dentistry, Dr. Zedan, a graduate of Cairo University, obtained his Bachelor of Dentistry in 2016. Since then, he has worked at one of the Egypt's leading centers for oral and maxillofacial radiology and digital dentistry, where he gained valuable experience in the field. Just finished his MBA at UCAM, he is our director of sales abroad.

Dr. Abdalfattah Anfar graduated in dentistry from Astrakhan State Medical University and holds a diploma in dental prosthetic technology from the Faculty of Dentistry in Casablanca. Dr. Anfar is a highly trained digital implantologist, enthusiastic, with an enviable spirit of initiative and always committed to his work. He is one of our representatives for French and Russian speaking countries.

Although he trained in several specialties in his beginnings, Dr. Idrissi is an implantologist by vocation, always showing a gift for guided surgery and its planning where he performs with precision and confidence. He is also one of our representatives for French and Russian speaking countries.
